Question Do you know of any retired professional players? who,after retirement still come out and teach young people? And do you know of any professional players who teach young kids sports for free?
Answer Hi Kenneth: Personally, I don't have close relationships with any pro athletes. However, I know for a fact, depending on your area, there are current and retired athletes who will be glad to provide insight if you ask them. My son was at a football camp last week and NY Giants receiver Plaxico Burress stopped by.
My recommendation is to google search pro athletes living in your vicinity and either call or e-mail them with a request for any assistance with helping your group.
