Question my 10 year old daughter would like to practice for her divisional meet while we
are on vacation (one week) in Hilton Head SC. Is there a pool with a springboard
we could visit?
Answer Jennifer -
I live in the Pacific Northwest (Seattle area) so I am not familiar with Hilton Head. I only know of two towns that have diving in So. Carolina: Columbia (University of So. Carolina) and Clemson University. These of course are too far away from where you will be staying. Since it is a resort town, Hilton Head probably only has the other kind of diving- scuba.
Try going to this website: www.hiltonheadisland.org. At the top of the page, click on "Chat live with an island expert" and maybe they can answer your question. Sorry, but this is all I know about diving in South Carolina.
