Bruce is playing Glasgow this summer, but it was rumored for so long that he would never play Scotland again, why was this???

I know Scotland fans would like him to play there more often but I dont think there is any hatred between the Springsteen camp and the country. Tour schedules are strange sometime. There are places he hasnt played in the US in 20 years that are major markets.
