| Comment | Thank you, Sue. I wouldn't say I have a problem with getting Novocan or Jax patina to react to the zinc . . . I just have to work at it a little: apply in long strokes, scrub with my applicator (cotton ball) where it goes "wonky", wipe off, reapply where necessary, wipe off. I can get it very even that way. As far as the brass patina, I'm not sure I want a "soft" copper finish as I feel that's what I get prior to your advice on how to apply copper patina. I want a brass finish that looks like brass U-came. Well, brass! Thanks again for all your advice and the fantastic info on your website, Sue! | ||
