Question QUESTION: How do you get rid of those tough orange stains left on clothing? I've tried Spray & Wash, Shout, vinegar with no luck.
ANSWER: Tell me more. Is this sun screen or a tanning product? I've never used a sun screen with a color to it except some zinc oxide I used snow skiing.
Is it that cheddar cheese yellow/orangish color?

QUESTION: I use suncreen 45 or higher. I have many tattoos that I protect from fading with it. I believe the culprit ingredient is "Avobenzone".The suncreen goes on your skin milky white and goes clear after applied.Yes. The cheddar cheese yellow/orangish "Cheesy Poofs" color shows up on light colored fabrics after washing.
ANSWER: My best guess is you have a sunscreen with a "tanner" in it. That would be some kind of pigment or dye for your skin. If that's the case it may be that you are stuck with trying to bleach it out or live with it. A politician here recently referred to another politician known for his constant spray tan as being a man of color just not one known to nature. This may be your situation. Artificial dyes.

QUESTION: Yes. It is a cheddar cheese yellow/orangish color. I primarily use "No-Ad" brand sun block 45 or stronger but it doesn't matter which brand or strength I use. There is no tanning agent in it. I use them to protect my tattoos from fading. None of these sunscreens have any color added to them. They all go on milky white and then become clear after a few minutes. I've tried "Stain Devil #7" for motor oils & lubricants by Carbona with some success but the bottles are small (1.7 fl.oz.) and expensive ($3.49) and the gel doesn't go a long way. I believe the offending ingredient is either Oxybenzone or Avobenzone. If you "Google" sunscreen stains you will see a bevy of supposed solutions but I haven't had much success with what I've found. Thanks for all your help!

Answer Let us know what is successful for you. ALSO I was wondering is it only on white clothes or all of them?
I didn't know you needed to worry about your tats fading. I thought that happened with age only. A friend of mine who was a WWII veteran had clearly visible ones all the way up to age 77
