My puppies have had some accidents in the apartment and the grout is a light color I clean the spots immediately but sometimes there is a stain and I can't get it out even when I use a wire brush. Also I used a sealer but it isn't working obviously what is the best sealer out there and should I go ahead and stain the grout a darker color to make things easier!? Thanks

No matter what kind of sealer you use, sometimes urine will stain the grout.  A darker grout is probably the best idea.  Before you do that, try a vinegar water solution to clean the grout.  Use about 1/4 cup white vinegar with 3/4 cup of water.
