Question
Hello
Could you please tell me if there is any way to reduce or remove the shiny mark you get if you have ironed a pair of black trousers with a too hot iron.
Many thanks
Tania

Answer
Tania,

Most likely if the iron was too hot, the fibers on the pants have melted.  That's why it looks shiny.  So unfortunately, there's nothing you can do about.  If you have a magnifying glass, look at the pants and see if you can tell if the fibers have melted.  If they haven't, let me know, but I'm guessing that's what happened.

Todd
