Question How do I remove a black line of ink from a green colored wallet
Answer Leather is a tough one. Almost any kind of chemical you use to remove the ink will likely damage the leather or the green dye. A leather specialist such as someone that dyes and repairs shoes may be able to help you. ALSO you might try contacting the ink manufacturer.
Sorry I don't have better news for you.
When I answered this originally I was thinking of permanent marker. It could be that you have something different and even then either of these could help.
Try rubbing alcohol, WD40, or NEATSFOOT OIL.
These are things I have used to remove ballpoint pen ink.
