I have put my arm onto a newspaper, black ink, the ink has transfered onto my brand new white england top made from pollyester and cotton

Answer I've had pretty good luck using a 50/50 mixture of ammonia and water. Be careful that you don't allow the ink to spread. Putting a towel into the sleeve to absorb some of the liquid as you clean it can help. Rinse it well between applications of the ammonia solutions.
