Question My husband washed a load of hang dry laundry and didn't hang it up right away, so it was damp in a laundry basket for a couple days. I found pink mold spots on my white shorts. What are these spots (there was no red clothes that could have dyed them) and how can I get rid of them? I've tried bleach and OxiClean already.
Answer If you have washed them in bleach and the spots are still there, it's likely that they can't be removed.
It could ruin the shorts but if it was a situation in my own house and I really wanted to try everything possible I'd increase the amount of bleach gradually and see if that would help.
