Stains, Mopping, Wiping, Ironing, Cleaning - clothing stain-chocolate

Expert: Bern - 9/3/2009

Question
I have chocolate stain on a pair of slacks. How do I remove the stain?

Answer
As usual try this on an inside leg or some other inconspicuous place first.

I have to guess that this was some pretty substantial chocolate and not just a splash of chocolate milk.

Try some dish washing liquid.  NOT TOO MUCH.  It will have something to break down the grease in it and some cleaning power.  Use cold water and after you remove the stain wash the pants in the washer.

Good luck and let us know how this works for you.
