Question
Can you recommend a product for cleaning kitchen and bathroom ceramic tile? My cleaning lady (just before she moved out of state) told me she likes mop and glow. I used it a few times, now I have a film that only comes up with hard scrubbing. Can you recommend something that will remove the film in one treatment? Thanks Jo

Answer
There are many ways to clean ceramic tile and lots of great products as well.  First try a sudsy-soapy warm water to clean the tile.  This should immediately remove the film after about two passes with a soft cloth.  Please, do not use any abrasive materials for scrubbing, particularly the rough side of a double-sided sponge.  If the warm sudsy-soapy water does not do the trick write back!   Good Luck!
