Stains, Mopping, Wiping, Ironing, Cleaning/floor

i dont know if this is a new one but my friend said she used mop and glow i think it was and while it wet, dirt fell on floor. well, guess it dried and over time, she hasnt been able to get it clean real good. any ideas?  thanks

Generally, dried Mop and Glow should be able to be removed with equal parts ammonia and water. Some people also suggest vinegar and water. Either way she may have to let it set a while to soften it. Use of a soft bristle brush and clean hand towels will also expedite the process. This method may need to be modified depending upon exactly what kind of floor she has (e.g., laminate floor). She can check with the manufacturer for their specific cleaning instructions or write back and let me know what kind of floor she has.
