About Sijka
Expertise
I have been researching the "Art of stain removal" for years; trying to find just the right combination of products that will work. I have a lot of "homemade" solutions and ones that require searching for the product (but I can guide you). I work with fabrics, carpets, leathers, car seats, etc.

Experience
Years of self research and years of having a cleaning business

If the carpet was made out of olefin (which most berber is) then the stain is probably permanent. Olefin is a plastic and when plastic is heated, it melts. This allows the stain to set into and become part of the carpet. Coffee is the most common item that ruins berber carpet.
