Question
I'm trying to determine the date when a package was mailed with one Andrew Jackson 7 cent stamp and two James Buchanan 15 cent stamps attached for postage. Can you tell me when those stamps were first issued for public use? Thanks in advance. Charley

Both of those stamps are from the Presidential issue of 1938.
