i have this stamp ;issued April 3 2003 ITS 22 KT GOLD THE ENVELOP SAYS GOLD STAMP REPLICA PRODUCED UNDER NON-EXCLUSIVE LICENSING AGREEMENT WITH UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE. STAMP DESIGN COPY RITE U.S. POSTAL SERVICE.COVER DESIGN COPY RITE POSTAL COMMEMORATIVE SOCIETY.ANY IDEA ABOUT VALUE?

Gold replicas of stamps were not issued by the post office, but rather by private companies seeking to profit from the hobby of stamp collecting.  They are not catalogued and their value is speculative in nature.  I've seen these replica covers sell for $1 to $5 each on ebay.com.
