|Comment||Scott Catalogue does list The 1c Omnibus Coil Stamp as #1897 issued in 1983 and then again as #2225 issued in 1986. The USPS Guide to Stamps refers to the #2225 stamp as a re-issue. Thanks for the link for Jim at Scott Catalogue. I will be using it. I NEED to know how to tell the difference. There Must be a way!|
