Who are the Indians other than Mahatma Gandhi, Mother Teresa ,Tagore and members of Nehru family to be featured on stamps of foreign countries the MOST?

Once again thanks for your query. Dr. Manmohan Singh, Zubin Mehta, Lal Bahadur Shashtri, Swami Vivekananda, Michael Madhusudan Dutt, Rajiv Gandhi, K. S. Thimayya, Swami Sivananda, Emperor Shershah Suri, Buddha, Sunil Gavaskar, Kapil Dev, Zail Singh, Dayananda Saraswati, Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, Bhagat Singh, Dr. Rajendra Prasad have been featured on stamps of Foreign Countries. Also Indian Culture, Indian Flag, Tajmahal, Costumes etc, have been featured on Foreign Stamps.
