Question
I found a 2dollar bill with a 13cent canceled on it is it worth anything?

Answer
Anita,

The $2 bill was re-introduced in 1976 after a ten year hiatus, and to mark the occasion a 13 cent Eagle and Shield stamp was affixed to some new bills and cancelled with the 1976 date.  The presence of the stamp does not really add much (if any) value beyond the $2 face value of the bill.  Its just an interesting collectible.  I have one myself.
