Stamps (Philately)/value

Question
I've recently found a PAGE of state flag stamps which I think are from the 1960's.  Is there a way I can send a picture so that you might give me some information on these stamps and maybe tell me if they have any value.  All that I can find that are even similar seem to be more recent....bicentennial.
Thank you for any information.

Answer
Candice,

You can attach digital photos to questions asked here, but it reads like you have the 1976 bicentennial issue of 50 different state flags, denominated 13 cents.  They have a catalog (retail) value of $17.50 in mint condition, or $15.00 in used (cancelled) condition.
