Question
i have a 100 stamp misperferation sheet, never hinged, of Scott 900 army Navy 2 cent for defense stamps.  Is there any value in them.  I inherited a number of mint sheets and this was in the stack. Thank you for your consideration.

Answer
Lee,

The minimum value would be the face value if used on mail.  As to any additional value due to the misperf, that would depend on how exactly it is misperfed.  If the perfs are just into the design, that would be a negative value.  Perforations running the middle of the stamps would be a higher value.  Misplaced perforations between those two extremes have less added value.  As to the market, depends on what a collector of perf errors is willing to pay.
