Question
What is the estimated value of the above stamp?  Plate #33731
The color has been omitted from the cardinal.  It is a full intact sheet.  Thank you.

Answer
Hi Linda,
Misprints often vary a lot in price from $10- to $4000.   The cardinal missing red error is a typical example.  How much of the printing is missing? Is it just a colour shift or has the whole red-brown colour been omitted.  It would best to get the sheet expertised, you should contact the American Philatelic Society (www.stamps.org) or contact Mercer Bristow (mercer@stamps.org).
cheers
