I HAVE THIS SET OF THREE RISE OF THE SPIRIT OF INDEPENDENCE STAMP. NEED TO KNOW A LITTLE BIT MORE ABOUT THEM IF YOU CAN HELP LIKE WHEN THEY WAS PRINTED AND THE VALUE. PLEASE HELP ME OUT THANK YOU, HORACE KERR..

Answer
This is the American Bicentennial Issue depicting communication methods in colonial times.  These stamps were issued in 1973.  These stamps are valued at the minimum in the Scott stamp catalog.  They are worth 8-cents each if used as postage.  There are errors of these stamps that are worth more (but under $100).  These stamps have tagging to tell the automatic canceling machine where the stamp is located.  This tagging is only visible under special UV light.  The printing press and the guy nailing up a poster are both known with tagging missing and the post rider (guy on horse) is known with the red missing.
