Another Franklin one cent green question I am afraid.  It is difficult to identify without experience. Thank you.

Thanks for the question.
Although this stamp is over a hundred years old, because there were so many issued it is actually considered quite common. It is listed as Catalog# 300 with a list value of 25 cents or 30 cents on cover.
