Question
Hi Mark,

I was going through some old things and came across a storage of old stamps. I was wondering how much a 1975 Mint Set Item No. 932 was worth. I was also wondering the same for a Classic American Aircraft Matted Pane (Item No. 8973E), as well as the Celebrate the Century series for the 1910s (Item No. 5538), 1920s (Item No. 5541), 1930s (Item No. 5542), 1940s (Item No. 5543), 1950s (Item No. 5545), 1960s (Item No. 5546), 1970s (Item No. 5547), and 1990s (Item No. 554900). Really appreciate all the help.

Sincerely,
Brendan

Answer
Brendan,

Due to a glut in the marketplace, mint stamps from the 1970's often change hands for under face value.  The 1998-2000 Celebrate the Century issues are a little better, with fault-free sheets selling for about double face value.  Same for the Aircraft sheet.
