Answer
Hi John -

Yes the Satarrans seemed to be able to pretty effectively wipe out the memories of humans, a Bajoran, a Klingon, a hybrid (Betazoid/humans) and whatever other species might have made up the crew (like Crewman Daniel Qwan a human/Napean etc.).  hey also affected the main computer on Enterprise to a great degree.

So, if their mind erasing technology is sophisticated enough to do that, especially to a hybrid like Deanna Troi's whose physiology can not be too well documented then I think they could pretty easily wipe out the memories of everyone on the list you provided except:
The Calamarain, Cytherian, Armus, Nomad, Tin Man and the Traveler.

In the cases of those entities I can't believe that their radically different physiologies and biological peculiarities could be compensated for and that the mind erasing procedure would fail.

My guess is that Nomad is a better mind eraser.  The Conundrum alien's procedure left the subject with the ability to talk, interact, read, eat etc. whereas Nomad's reduced Uhura's mind to that of an infant.

Douwd - I think he could do it to everyone on the list except Nomad and the Traveler, probably wouldn't work on Armus either.

Thanks!

Deran
