Answer
Hi John -

A)  Apollo - Since a brig would probably not hold Apollo for very long I think he'd be assigned a security escort and asked not to venture into some areas of the ship.

B)  Krenim - I'd imagine one of those beings would be allowed to roam the ship as knowledge of their activities can't be that well known in the Alpha Quadrant.

C)  8472 - Probably would be confined to the brig or, at the very least, assigned a heavily armed security escort.

D)  Armus - Probably ejected into deep space and ringed with warning buoys.

E)  Nomad - I'd imagine he would be allowed to roam with a security escort.

F)  Salt Vampire - either confined or ejected into space.

G)  7 of 9 - in the recent novels in which she appears she is a trusted consultant to Starfleet Command who is treated as any other guest to the Enterprise would be so I'd go with that.

H)  Gorn - on the 23rd Century Enterprise I'd bet a Gorn rep would be accompanied by a security escort, in the 24th probably allowed to roam freely.

I)  Douwd - probably asked to remain with a security escort though there wouldn't be much they could do against the Douwd other than establish a visible presence.

J)  Trelane - Similar to the Douwd I would think.

K)  Mudd - If it was Kirk's Enterprise Mudd would probably be confined to the brig, Picard would probably assign Riker to shadow the scoundrel on his Enterprise.

L)  Kelvan - Probably confined to quarters with a security team outside the door.

M)  Think Tank - confined, definitely!

N)  Fajo - Assigned Commander Data as his personal security escort.

O)  Danar - probably assigned a security escort more as a token show of force than anything.

P)  Excalbian - most likely confined in the brig or behind the heaviest force field the Enterprise could generate.

Q)  Advanced Ocampan - probably be assigned an escort like Deanna Troi or someone trained in diplomacy, someone to keep an eye on them but not in a threatening manner.

R)  Sheliak - probably confined to quarters

S)  Calamarain - ejected into deep space and fled from!

T)  Jem'Hadar - probably assigned a heavy security detail led by Lt. Commander Worf.

U)  Female Changeling - confined as best the brig could manage with security personnel watching her at all times.

V) Borg Queen - placed in heavy confinement with two teams of heavily armed security personnel watching her.

W)  Laas - Probably treated the same as the female Changeling.

X)  Hirogen - I'd think they would be allowed to walk around under guard.

Y) Pakled - confined to quarters with all the dangerous objects removed.

Z) Aldean - Probably confined to quarters

AA) Quark - allowed to roam though under escort.

Yes actually! In the 5th season episode "A Simple Investigation" Odo meets a human woman named Arissa who he falls in love with and spends at least one night with.  She has no memory of her past and, thanks to Odo, it is eventually discovered that she is in actuality an Idanian Intelligence agent who was working to infiltrate the Orion Syndicate and had her memories erased to facilitate that.

Once her true nature and memories are revealed she tells Odo that what he and 'Arissa' had was indeed real, but that in reality she is married.

Check it out, its a cool episode!

Thanks!

Deran
