Question
Why wouldn't the Douwd be able to put music in the Traveler's ears? Isn't he humanoid?

If you had to guess, who's older?
A) Edo god
B) Guardian

Power-stripped Q vs. Great Link

Would a Ferengi give up all of his money and possessions, if it were the only way to save his life (i.e., Lore, a Hirogen, or Apollo, etc., is threatening to slay them)?

Traveler vs. Superman (fight to the death)

4 Aliens vs. StayPuft Marshmallow Man

Herman Munster vs. 1 member of 8472

3 Aliens vs. Armus

Could Admiral Quinn outrun Roga Danar over a long distance? I do believe Quinn could outrun Spock and Khan over a long distance due to his enhancement, whereas the other two would fatigue first. However, Danar is also enhanced, though I don't think he's quite to the level that Quinn is.

Also, would Quinn outrun Odo and Power Play O'Brien in a distance race? You said recently that Power Play O'Brien is possibly stronger due to Quinn's advanced age, so I'd guess that O'Brien might beat him in a distance race. Not sure about Odo, though.

Answer
Hi John -

The Traveler took a humanoid form (of a native Tau Alpha Ceti) in order to engage with and study humanoids but I don't think his 'true form' is actually that of a humanoid.

At a guess I would say that the Guardian is older than the Edo God since he said something to Kirk along the lines that he was 'there at the beginning and would be there at the end' (I'm paraphrasing).

With no powers to call his own I think Q would be trounced by the Great Link.

Absolutely a Ferengi would give up everything to survive, believing that he or she could live to generate more profit later on if he/she survived the current threatening encounter.  Quark was planning on giving up his bar and most of his various criminal enterprises in the pilot of DS9 and starting anew somewhere else before Sisko blackmailed him into staying on the station.

The Traveler vs. Superman is pretty hard to call given their respective abilities.  My guess is the Traveler might be able to manipulate Supes' mental energy and or 'suck it out of him' to the point where he entered a coma and/or died.

Alien vs. Staypuft - Heck I don't know!  I guess I'd put my money on Mr. Staypuft!

However strong he was I didn't get the impression that Herman was a killer so, I'd have to go with the 8472 individual.

Given Armus massive ability to manipulate EM energy and lack of anything the Aliens could eat, infect and/or digest, I'd go with Armus.

I think that the symbiont could push Quinn's body through bleeding feet, broken bones, snapped tendons and that in a long range foot race the Admiral could keep going longer than Danar.

I think something similar might happen with a Paxan enhanced O'Brien and that the Paxan could push the host through injuries that would debilitate him normally.  Given his younger and presumably stronger body I think he could go longer than Quinn.

Thanks!
