About Alex Marquez
Expertise
I can answer just about anything from the Original Trilogy, the Zahn Book Trilogy, Tales of the Jedi Comic Book Series, and the Role Playing game. My knowledge on other subjects (such as the Prequel and other book series) is a bit more limited, but I do posses some knowledge though.

Experience
A StarWars fan since childhood. Have read the original novels and the Zahn trilogy several times. And, the most important of all, a StarWars role player for more than 5 years.

Question
how come in the trilogy of episodes 4,5, and 6 darth vader never mentioned
padme amidala his wife. woudlnt you think if he loved her so much he would at
least take some time to think about her and also another question did george
lucas put that scar on anakins right eyes to kinda give him an evil look become
he was going to become darth vader.

Answer
You've got to remember that, even though we see a good and very in love Anakin in Episodes I and II (and part of III, by episodes IV V and VI 18 years have passed since Amidala's death.  Besides, Anakin Skywalker DID turn to the dark side; he DID in fact become evil.  Even if he loved Amidala very much in the past, his heart became corrupted by the Dark Side.  There is no reason for him to  be remembering Amidala or his love for her.  Even with Luke, he mostly wants him alive only to turn him to the dark side.  It is actually only until his last moments alive that Darth Vader "repents"; but all the time before that, he is truly evil.

The scar on Anakin's eye is probably a cinematic feature used by Lucas to make his transformation to evil more visual.  Rememeber, StarWars IS, after all, just a movie; and because of that, cinematic resources must be used to tell the story better.

I hope this answers your question.  If you have any other doubts or questions, don't hesitate to ask!

 -Alex
