1) Too many fonts
2) Too many over zealous reviews that make me think you made them up
3) You are giving away what you are selling - e.g. samples and free advice
4) You are offering no incentive for someone to dive into your site - you give away it all on the front page - many visitors to your site will be lookers for free stuff - you give it away rather than try and sell it.

Why leave flyers in cafes - leave them where job seeker will be.
