Question Hello,
I want to open up a shoe store in my town.I've been reading a lot on internet lately and got so overwhelmed with all the information out there. My question is, are there any books that specially dedicated to shoe retail store operations and set up?

Answer I could not find a shoe store biz book. I looked on both Amazon's as well. My suggestion is that you get your shoe store experience by working for another shoe store. Then look for books appertaining to opening a retail operation. I have a series of "Start My New Business" books but not a shoe store as yet.
