Subject: Steering Column

Question
My tilt column (81 Jeep CJ8/Floor shift)is extremely loose. It looks as if something broke loose (knuckle)mid way down the column. Should I just buy a whole new one and replace or is there a less expensive and or easier way to fix? Thanks for your help. RES

I would replace the colluim and it would be a lot checper than geting yours repaired if you need step by step how to install let me know and u can get a used one for 75 dollors

at any sallavge yard you can get the colluim for 75 dollors
