Question John
I would like to incorporate some Rotator Cuff Strengthening Exercises into my workout. Do you or anyone else have any suggestions?
Thanks
Alexander
Answer Alex,
I suggest you incorporate RTC exercises in the beginning of your workout as part of your warm up. If you are looking for specific exercises, you can check out www.exrx.net for exercise demos. I also suggest you check out my DVD "Stronger Shoulders" which contains a lecture on protecting the RTC and includes many advanced RTC exercises. John
