Please do not ask for a specific workout plan. In this field, I need to SEE you and evaluate your current physical capabilities. Answering such questions without assessing your needs and goals through a consultation would be irresponsible of me. Please be clear and concise in your questions. The more info you can give me, the more specific info I can provide.

Question Greetings.
I am really hoping that this does not qualify as asking for a specific workout plan.
See, my right shoulder has always been very easy to dislocate...by merely raising it, like in class, I could pop it out and right back in.
Then a few months ago, I was lifting a box and dislocated it. It stayed out for several seconds before grinding back into place. It unnerved me (and hurt) enough that I am looking at how to strengthen the muscles around the shoulder to prevent this from happening. I'm not sure why my right one does this and not my left, but regardless.
What forms should I be looking at to strengthen those muscles?
Thank you,
Amanda
Answer Hmmmm...I am not going to give you a specific workout becuase you need to see a physician. You may have a hyper-phasic shoulder capsule which needs to be surgically tightened. You can strengthen the rotator cuff muscles but, they won't fix you 100%. I suggest you see a doctor first, and then begin incorporating some RTC exericses to help lessen the likelihood of your shoulder popping out.
