Question QUESTION: Whats the best ways to improve endurance in all areas of the body?
ANSWER: Kyle,
it sounds like you are looking for "conditioning". What do you mean by endurance? What is your goal? What is your present fitness level? What is your training experience like? if you can be more specific, I can provide you a more detailed answer. Thanks.

QUESTION: My goal is to build up (Legs, arms, stomach, chest, etc) to go under pressure longer. Or in better words I want to be able to run faster and run longer. I don't want to tire easily. I'm not really all about power building and lifting the biggest weights, all that is done by my size.
I'm about 6,4
280 pounds (not fat really)
I do sometimes swim and lift weights
I know how to do the works outs with weights and other materials.
Hope this info can clarify.
thanks
Answer Kyle,
If you want to build endurance (conditioning), you need to train the body to last longer durations. For running:
Start week 1: run 1 mile
week 2: run 1.10 mile
week 3: run 1.5 mile
week 4: run 1.65 mile
and so on...
In order to establish a high lactate threshold for your muscles, you will need to choose a moderate weight (not nessarily) heavy and work up to 25-20 reps. Keep your rest periods in between sets to a low ( 20-30 seconds).
Hope this helps.
