I generally prefer to train people outdoors in a park setting. The workout outside is just as tough as a gym workout.I can give people a excellent workout using just their bodyweight.I do a bootcamp style class with groups of 5-10 people.

Question
Hello,
I'm a 31m 74" 225lbs
I have been lifting for about 2years now. And need a little advice. I seem to have stalled in my development.
At first it was great my body responded well because I never did anything before.
But now everything seems to have slowed or stopped. My bench  is still far below my bodyweight. I struggle to do a pull up. and my curls are lacking. < can give the numbers if you like >
I do my very best to eat clean meals 5-6 times a day. I do take creatine and protein. But I just cant seem to progress.
I wont say I haven't made progress so far I went from a 43 o a 34 jeans, but  I just don't seem to make it anymore.I'm not looking to lose fat anymore just add size and strength
I'm currently doing the Bill star 5x5 and when I go to the next week it asks you to increase by 2.5% and I struggle to make 4 reps let alone a full clean 5.

So all in all help
