Answering such questions without assessing your needs and goals through a consultation would be irresponsible of me. Please be clear and concise in your questions. The more info you can give me, the more specific info I can provide.

Subject: creatine and muscle gain
Question hi im almost 16 and ive been working out consistently for a little more than a year and a half now. At first i wanted to lose some excess weight and now im focusing more on weight gain. I worked hard to lose this excess fat, but now that i want to bulk up i don't want to gain it back. What is a good post-workout meal to get maximum results from my workout and gain weight, and should i consider taking creatine to get better results??
Answer After a workout, you should consume a meal replacement shake that is made up of whey protein and some carbs. If you want to know a particular brand, I don't know of any specifically. You should visit your local vitamin shop and talk to a clerk. As for creatine, I think you can take it. Creatine will cause cell-volume to increase in the muscle but not fat gain. I advise taking the creatine after a workout for maximum absorption.
