What sort of weights and how often can a 14 year old boy(quite developed) do weights training

Answer
Hi Conornic.  The answer to your question depends on the individual.  Some kids have some pretty solid motor development already, while others are still developing.  Watch a group of 14 year olds perform a body weight squat and you'll see the coordination and efficiency of the movement vary drastically amongst the group.  For this reason, teenagers should be able to perform bodyweight movements, such as squats, push ups and planks before any external resistance is introduced.
