Expert: John Izzo Date: 5/24/2008 Subject: Breast Lifting
Question Hello John,
I'm a 29 year old mother of four. In the last 6 months, I've lost 25 Kilograms, with the help of a dietitian and her instructions on walking daily (started at 30 min. and reached to 2 hours).
I also try to get on the elliptical trainer for 20 minutes if I have time at the gym.
QUESTION: my breasts are SAGGING!!! I NEED HELP!!!
I do some wight lifting for the breast but I don't see results...
Answer Sorry to let you down, but breasts are made up of fat tissue. If you diet harder, you can get them to substantially "lift" a bit as overall fat stores decrease. I recommend you take up some serious cardio like HIIT (google it) or running. As far as weightlifting, stick with dips, cable crossovers, and flyes--other than that there really isn't much you can do.
