Question
I am 17 years i have been going to the gym for the pass month and i haven't seen any results yet so i was wonder if you can give me a workout plan for football training.

Answer
Remember that it takes anywhere between 3 to 6 weeks for your body to start changing.  In the first few weeks of a program, the initial strength gains are from neurological adaptions.

Try this routine...it is basic but should help get you results fast.  Push yourself close to failure on each set with PERFECT FORM!!!

Monday:
Overhead Squats 1x10
Barbell Squats  4x5
Romanian Deadlifts 3x5
Leg Extensions 3x8
Leg Curls 3x8
Leg Press 3x10
Calf Raises 3x10
Abs...

Tuesday:
Bench Press 4x5
Lat Pulldowns 4x6
Incline Press 3x5
Cable Rows 3x6
Shoulder Press 3x5
Arms...

Wednesday:
OFF

Thursday:
Overhead Squats 1x10
Front Squats 4x10
Glute Ham Raises 3x10
Lunge Walks 3x10
Calf Raises 3x10
Abs...

Friday:
Incline Press 4x10
