Question I am 17 years i have been going to the gym for the pass month and i haven't seen any results yet so i was wonder if you can give me a workout plan for football training.
Answer Remember that it takes anywhere between 3 to 6 weeks for your body to start changing. In the first few weeks of a program, the initial strength gains are from neurological adaptions.
Try this routine...it is basic but should help get you results fast. Push yourself close to failure on each set with PERFECT FORM!!!
Monday:
Overhead Squats 1x10
Barbell Squats 4x5
Romanian Deadlifts 3x5
