Question
Hi Rich,
I'd like to get into better shape, yet don't have the time to make it to the gym very often. Is there any sort of comprehensive strength training plan you know of that only involves weights up to around 15 lbs so that I could do them at home?

Answer
Hi Ryan.  Yes, there are methods or programs that involve even just bodyweight exercises (Craig Ballantyne's Turbulence Training is one of the most popular on the internet).  These types of programs are geared more towards people who are looking to drop body fat or may be people who are new to strength training.  The simplest bodyweight exercise can be difficult for some people.

If you're an experienced lifter, I'd suggest you get some heavier dumbbells.  Check out the PowerBlock dumbbells  if you're looking to save some space.
