I generally prefer to train people outdoors in a park setting.The workout outside is just as tough as a gym workout.I can give people a excellent workout using just their bodyweight.I do a bootcamp style class with groups of 5-10 people.

Question QUESTION: helo my name is marcelle , i m 55 yrs old ,i m an avid golfer , i wish to improve my golf game and i m very motivated to get started on a training program.i ve exercised regularly for the past 8 yrs and i m in a good physical health , most of my exercise has been aerobic in nature with a small amount of resistance training , can u help me with a training program or some exercises which can help me ? thank u in advance

well i have a membership at cole harbour place in halifax canada and i do fitness group exercises (steps , hi _lo...),and i do some ball exercises and abs exercises..
do i continue doing what i m doing with the exercises u r going to give me ?

Thank you for answering my questions for me.
You can continue to do the exercises that you are doing.
Some good ab exercises are:
crunches
leg lifts
torso twists
bycycles
side bends
If you are not doing these exercises now-you can add them to your routine.
You can use the stability ball to do crunches and pushups.
You can use different machines at Cole Harbour Club:
the following will give you a full body workout-
leg press
leg extension
leg curl
squat
lunge
bicep curl
tricep pressdown
bench press
chest press
lat pull down
row.
