Experience
I have been a personal trainer,aerobics instructor,nutrition advisor and boot camp instructor for several years,in South Florida.
I generally prefer to train people outdoors in a park setting.The workout outside is just as tough as a gym workout.I can give people a excellent workout using just their bodyweight.I do a bootcamp style class with groups of 5-10 people.

helo my name is marcelle , i m 55 yrs old ,i m an avid golfer , i wish to improve my golf game and i m very motivated to get started on a training program.i ve exercised regularly for the past 8 yrs and i m in a good physical health , most of my exercise has been aerobic in nature with a small amount of resistance training , can u help me with a training program or some exercises which can help me ? thank u in advance

Do you have access to a gym or do you exercise at home?
What does your current exercise routine consist of?
