Question
hi i m a golf player who wishes to improve his golf game, i m 55 yrs old 180 pounds  , 6'2",i  m going to start on a training program and i ve been exercising regularly for the past 8 yrs and i m in agood physical health (aerobic and small amount of resistance training)mybe u won t need al these details but my question is : i heard abt nutritional strategies and supplement recommendations , what does that suppose to mean and a can u give me examples according to the description i gave u abt me ? thank u in advance

Answer
Hi Marcelle, the only nutritional strategies I recommend are eating a well balanced diet, low in fat and particularly saturated fat with lot of fruit and vegetables, cold water fish, and supplements only if you are not getting enough of certain ones.  I highly recommend strength training and core training expecially for golfers..,with cardio 5-6 days a week.
