Subject: how to reshape in a month

Question
QUESTION: hey well i was wondering if you can somehow help me reshape over a months time...and somehow fit the type of exercise in my daily life...since the summer is coming around i usually eat a lot that gaining weight is probably the only thing i do...also i my neighborhood isnt the type of place where you can just go for a jog...so i was wondering if you can give me a personal exercise workout that doesn't involve going to the gym...im about a 5'6 and i weight around 170 LBS..i espeacially want to get rid of the fat in between my pelvic bones...because you see i dont grow fat vertically but horizontally...thus making my waist a 36...so pleese can you make me a personal workout for this....

hoping for your support...

ANSWER: Hi Marc,
Thank you for your question.
Your diet is extremely important.
Eat more protein and carbohydrates-eat less fat and sodium.
Carbs:pasta,potatoes,rice,etc.
Protein:lean turkey,chicken, tuna,etc.
Drink at least 2 gallons of water a day.
I can give you a basic at home workout.

Lowerbody Exercises:
squats
stationary lunges
walking lunges
lateral steps
If you have dumbbells or a resistance band, you can do quite a few upperbody exercises:
pushups
bicep curl
shoulder press
lateral raise
chest press
Ab exercises:
crunch
leg lift
torso twist
Run in place
jumping jacks
It will take 6-8 weeks of consistent eating properly and exercising to see a difference in your body.

Thank you-good luck,
bonnie

ANSWER: Hi Marc,
Do you have any exercise equipment at home-like dumbbells, resistance bands, weight bench, etc?
How many times a week do you want to work out? Do you want to do a full body workout 3-4 times a week or upperbody 2 times a week and lowerbody  2 times a week? Do you want to build up your body or tone your muscles?

I am getting ready to start an online personal training venture that will include over 500 exercises, nutrition tips, progress reports.I will have 3 and 6 month memberships.3 months for $250 and 6 months for $400.Payable by Paypal. This is a great deal since I charge my in person clients $60-$75 per session.
Let me know if you are interested in doing online personl training with me Marc and I will send you the info.

Thank You,Bonnie

QUESTION: oh well i think the 2 times a week option would be better, and it would be better to somehow shed the fats off of me. i also have a habit of exercising at random times since i dont have a certain routine. umm sorry i dont happen to have any equipment, all i have is a jump rope.(if that does any good)

well you think i could try out the routine you could give me before i inquire in your "promo" deal.

so for now i really need a routine that can shed fats in the stomach area that make me widen, and yeah somehow tone the muscles more.

hope to get some help in this predicament of mine,
marc

Answer
Hi Marc,
If you want to workout 2 days a week upperbody and 2 days a week lowerbody-here is a good workout.
Consistency is the key!!! You need to get a regular schedule of exercising.
You can use the jumprope for cardio.
Lower body routine:
do 3 sets of 10 repititions of each exercise:
Squats
stationary lunges
walking lunges
lateral steps
Upper body exercises:
push-ups
pull-ups
the following exercises can be done using a water jug-filled with either water or sand:
bicep curls
shrugs
overhead press
lateral raise
chest press
Abdominal exercises: can be done all 4 days:
crunches
leg lifts
bicycles
knee-ups
torso twists
Cardio:
jumprope
run in place
jumping jacks.

Thanks,
bonnie
