Experience
I have been a personal trainer,aerobics instructor,nutrition advisor and boot camp instructor for several years,in South Florida.
I generally prefer to train people outdoors in a park setting.The workout outside is just as tough as a gym workout.I can give people a excellent workout using just their bodyweight.I do a bootcamp style class with groups of 5-10 people.

Hey Bonnie,
I'm 24 years old.  I've heard single body part workouts are better for middle-aged adults.  Should I be doing full body workouts instead? I don't play sports. I just want to stay fit, and get a good physique.  What do you say?  Also I don't use supplements of any kind.

Hi Chris,
Thank you for your question.
I apologize for taking a few days to reply,but I was out of town.
My preference is to do full body workouts 3 days a week,making sure that all body parts are equally exercised.
Make sure that your nutrition is good-more protein and carbs-less fat and sodium.Drink plenty of water.
