well first of all i would like to tell u that i am 32 years old (man), since 5 months i am playing exercise(weight lifting)n i am taking some medicine like amino22222,animal Pak without any recommendation now since 15 days i couldn't play due to heavy work load now the question is does this med has any side effect n could u tell me the best time for exercise i mean morning or evening
Answer I recommend you take the supplements ONLY on "workout days". There are no side effects unless you take them other than a different way that what is instructed on the bottle. If you take them all the time, especially when you don't workout for 15 days you are WASTING them and your MONEY.
