Experience
I have been a personal trainer,aerobics instructor,nutrition advisor and boot camp instructor for several years,in South Florida.
I generally prefer to train people outdoors in a park setting.The workout outside is just as tough as a gym workout.I can give people a excellent workout using just their bodyweight.I do a bootcamp style class with groups of 5-10 people.

Question
Hello. i have what they call a pear shaped body. bigger on bottom than top.  my question is what is the best exercise plan for my type of body shape.  As of now i work out 6 days a week. Mon, wed, fri i do cardio any where from 45 to 60 min. Then on tues and thurs i strength train my whole body. then on sat. i do pilates or yoga. sunday i rest.  thank you. amanda

Hi Amanda,
Thank you for your question.
A good exercise plan for a pear shaped body like yours is to do a few more lower body toning exercises.
Some good exercises are:
squats
walking lunges
stationary lunges
lateral steps
leg press
calf press
leg curl
leg extension.
Some good upper body exercises are:
bicep curl
tricep pressdown
shoulder press
pec flye
lat pulldown.
