Subject: Push ups

Question
Are push ups and tricept dips and general bodyweight training better than weight training because when i do both the body weight training seems a hell of a lot harder?

Answer
Hi Gareth...

Body wight training has been around forever.  It is a   great way to go.  I would do a combination of both body weight and resistance training.  You can add to the body weight by using weighted vests, belts, etc.

Sound like you have good training going.
