Question
I've always been very thin-which I hate.  Granted I'm only 21, but its been a blow to my self-esteem most my life.  I recently broke 100lbs.  I now weigh 106lbs.  But my frame isnt holding the weight well, like I'm just built to be too thin.  I now have lovehandles, my thighs are a little bigger and you can see the weight in my face.  I would like to know how I can make this weight look good on me.  I dont want to lose the weight, but I would like it to even out on my body more.  My legs are very thin, for instance.  Id like to be fit and tone, just healthy looking.  I tried to visit the two websites I've seen you list a few times. The ten days of chocolate one and the san antonio fitness one, but neither lead me to an actual site-just a Google search.  What can I do?  Thank you for your time.

Answer
I don't sell the 10 days of chocolate anymore and don't have the other website anymore either.  I do have this website www.safitness.blogspot.com

I know what the problem is though.  You need to incorporate weight training into your exercise program.  I would recommend a personal trainer or bootcamp class or any kind of strength training class mixed in with some high intensity cardio.  You can also purchase DVDs on the internet.  There are many.  I know one is very popular right now by some guy named Barry.  It's called "Barry's Bootcamp Workout"  I believe.  I've heard good things about P90X workout program.   Turbulence Training is also a good one.  Remember that diet is the most important factor and these programs do talk about that or at least most do.

Hope that helps.
